Mmm the OB was ok, a bit impersonal though(but I suppose I'm use to one hour appointments with my midwife and chatting about everything under the sun! lol). She was referring to my notes that had my name right there and she kept saying to the trainee - 'this lady'. Haha yeah I get annoyed at the strangest things.

I forget the name of the midwife now and I even looked at her name tag! I think her name started with a T, tallish woman with long dark hair. Argh, it's going to bug me now lol. She was lovely though. I'm on the orange team apparently?

My homebirth midwife is Melissa Buck(she is on my facebook ;) .

Aw thanks, you're so sweet :D

I did sewing way back when in 8th grade, I made a pillow case and a quillow(a quilt type thing that folds into a pillow) - umm maybe a skirt? That's as far as my sewing ability goes. So yes I will be teaching myself too - I want to make cloth nappies for the baby :)

Also, not sure about the following thing? Is that a blogspot thingo where you have the friends you are following on the sidebar? I'm using wordpress - but maybe there is a plug in? I dunno, I'd follow you if I could work out how!

wow, the waiting at those clinics do suck, but the ob was cool? which midwife did you see? Lucky you drove up early. And which midwife is it for the homebirth? Thats good that is was much more relaxing with her :)

Good luck for the rest of the pregnancy! I should have givien you my number, then I could have come down to entertain you as you waited, I was only upstairs!

I'm glad things are moving forward for you, I can't wait to "meet" your little girl! It's very exciting. I was actually looking at sewing machines yesterday, I'm going to teach myself how to sew so I can make my girls their dance costumes. I am very excited!
